Terms & Conditions
Legal stuff can always be a bit boring, but as it is there for your protection as much as ours we are happy to provide it, so do take a few moments to read and digest these points. We have made them as plain English as possible.
So, these terms and conditions apply to all retail orders you place over the phone or from the website. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply are those you read and accepted when placing your order.
To order goods from us over the phone you must be over eighteen years of age. You must provide us with up to date and true information regarding your name, address, phone number, email and any other information that we need to process the order. We reserve the right to decline a new customer, or to suspend an account.
You can place an order over the phone or via the website, and non acceptance of the order could result from any of the following:
- The item being out of stock
- Us being unable to obtain authorisation for the payment of your order
- Failure to meet the criteria
- Failure to provide complete information
Once you have placed your order via the website, the order is sent to the warehouse and dispatched the following day. If there is a delay for any reason, we will inform you by phone or email. You can also place an order over the phone by calling 01787 282012 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you have a right to a 7 day cancellation period.
We take payment by a valid credit card acceptable to us, or paypal. The credit card payment is taken at the time you place your order, once we have checked your card details, and making sure what you want is in stock. The address at which your card is registered must be the same as the billing address.
Once we have processed the order and received payment in full, ownership of the goods passes to you once we have delivered the item. (This includes leaving it with a neighbour, or in the porch if that is what you asked us to do). We only deliver Monday to Friday and not on Bank Holidays.
We can usually deliver anywhere in the world, but you will need to phone us to get a price.
Obviously we hope you will be very happy with your order, but of course sometimes this isn’t the case. So, if for any reason you want to cancel your order just call us on 01787 282012 or email via the website. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, sadly you will be charged for the delivery and the return. If when you order is delivered it is not what you ordered, it will be collected and replaced with the correct item at our cost, likewise if the goods arrive damaged.

From time to time we run promotions via the website, or adverts with promotional codes. If you want to take advantage of these promotions it is your responsibility to enter the correct code, and if you are placing the order by phone and want to use a promotional code you must quote it before placing the order.
Please note if you have bought products from one of our stockists, and are unhappy with it then you must arrange the return or exchange with them directly.
